We hand make ceramic urns in Australia and ship them internationally. Standard international takes 10- 14 working days. Express international takes 6-8 days. International shipping from Australia is calculated at checkout.
Shipping Urns Within Australia is Free
Standard shipping for ceramics Australia wide is completely free, always. We use Australia Post. Postal times are usually 2-6 days. Tracking numbers are provided. Express shipping is available at an extra cost, calculated at checkout. Express post usually takes 1-3 days.
Dispatching Urns
Items are dispatched fast within 1 working day of orders placed. Tracking is sent to you via a confirmation email.
Urn Returns
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your pieces upon arrival, you may return the items within 30 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items damaged during shipping are covered by our insurance and will be exchanged for free. Simply contact us to arrange a replacement.
Plastic Free Packaging of Urns
We package our ceramic urns without bubble wrap, polystyrene and other unsustainable materials. Instead we use a range of recycled paper and cardboard padding. We also double box urns. Your urn will be safely packaged and we guarantee they will arrive in one piece or your money back. Any broken items will be replaced. Rest assured that only two items have arrived broken from thousands of shipped items. The reason for the breakages were attributed to mishandling of parcels by postal services resulting in damage to parcel boxes, not our recycled packaging techniques.
