Gold plated. The gold lustre is applied before the third and final firing. This piece spent a total of 100 hours in the kiln.

Hand washing recommended as over caution (gold lustre can stay brilliant throughout thousands of dishwasher washes also). Not microwave safe.

My PTSD became so severe that I locked myself away in my art studio and did not come out to see anyone for a week until my next therapy appointment. I had become, “too much”, an absolute asshole to everyone and myself. I was in a constant state of hyper vigilance. Everything triggered me, I needed to protect myself and my family, from myself.
