Plastic Free Packaging

We package our ceramic items without bubble wrap, polystyrene and other unsustainable materials. Instead we use a range of recycled paper and cardboard padding. Your items will be safely packaged and we guarantee they will arrive in one piece. Any broken items will be replaced. Rest assured that only two items have arrived broken from thousands of shipped items. The reason for the breakages were attributed to mishandling of parcels by postal services resulting in damage to parcel boxes, not our recycled packaging techniques.

Dispatch

Items are dispatched fast within 1 working day of orders placed. Tracking is sent to you via a confirmation email. Sometimes this lands in your junk folder.

Returns and Replacements

Items damaged during shipping are covered by our insurance and will be exchanged for free. Simply contact us to arrange a replacement.

Very rarely a ceramic urn may be the wrong size to fit the ashes. A refund or exchange is available on return of the original item intact.
